Welded aluminum frames differ from cast aluminum frames in that rather than being die cast as one solid frame they are generally constructed from aluminum tubing and welded together at the corners. Unlike our aluminum picture frames welded steel picture frames are fitted with wooden liners and hanging nuts. Our welded aluminum frames have smooth seamless corners and are offered in brushed silver as well as a variety of durable powder coated finish colors. The seam is minimal and bubble free. We may be able to source custom profiles for your project but we cannot trim our standard steel profiles.
