The silver 10 is a much more robust speaker i have the alnico version currently with a vox ac4 and it blows the blue pup away imo.

Hi guys i have for some convoluted reason both an alnico and a ceramic blue pup.
Detailed high end that doesn t get hard or harsh at high volumes aggressive big low end more headroom than the alnico version.
But from what i have understood the ceramic one will be punchier and have a tighter bass while the alnico one will be smoother under gain when pushed.

Chimey with emphasis on high end clarity.

I ve had weber 12 ceramic blue dog and silver bell in a blues jr well two blues juniors and both felt markedly more efficient louder than the stock speaker though weber doesn t rate the efficiency of their speakers.
